Metal Roofing
Metal roofing has become ten times as popular in just the last three to four years.

At ANC, we know the reason for the explosion in the metal market. A quality-installed metal system will provide several benefits which, under the right circumstances, other roofing types could never offer.

The advantages include:

Strength
Metal roofing does not warp, split, or crack, and is impervious to mildew, rot, termites, and pests.

Weather Resistant
Properly installed metal roofing systems will withstand inclement weather (high winds, hail, snow, and rain) better than any other roofing material.

Non-Combustible
Most metal roofing systems carry fire ratings that will potentially reduce homeowner's overall insurance rate.

Life Expectancy
Quality metal roofs have lasted for over 100 years.

Aesthetics
Metal roofing is beautiful as well as durable, and is available in many different styles, configurations, and colors to fit diverse architectural requirements and tastes.

Weight
Metal Roofing weighs 50-90% less than competing materials, translating into lower transportation costs as well as construction costs.

Maintenance
A properly installed metal roofing system is virtually maintenance-free over the life of the roof.

Application
Under certain conditions, metal roofing can be installed over the top of existing roofs, bringing significant savings in time and labor as well as eliminating the growing disposal problem associated with shingles.

Shingle Roofing
For most companies, shingle roofing is so routine that the same process is used on every home. The process is simple: the roof is torn off, felt paper is laid, flashing work is completed, and shingles are nailed on.

At ANC, we take shingle roofing seriously and incorporate several additional steps in our process and techniques.

We treat each home design, age, and type of existing roof in consideration. We evolve our approach for each project to attain the best possible solution.

Once the roof is removed, our men will inspect for any wood damage in detail and perform any wood repairs as needed. On low slope applications and certain wall connection locations, we use materials that will perform with excellence under wet conditions.

We make sure that your roof is adequately ventilated for a cooler home and a longer lasting roof system. Flashing detail is very important as it is one of the first things one will notice when approaching the home.

Progressive cleanup such as the use of tarps and running of a magnet on wheels insures a safer job site with less chance of accidents. We believe a clean job environment leads to an overall perfect job.

Once the job is completed, ANC's inspector will inspect the job using a 26-point checklist. It is only after the passing of this inspection that the final county or city inspection is called. ANC's inspection is often set with the homeowner present for any questions or concerns to be answered and remedied by our inspector/technician.

ANC has been certified with companies such as Certainteed and GAF to carry specialty certified and extended warranties.

Flat & Low Slope Roofing
In Florida, low slope and flat roof designs can become a nightmare if not properly constructed and waterproofed. The amount of rain volume during strong downpours in Florida cannot be matched anywhere else in the USA's mainland. Yet the same materials and systems are used here as the rest of the country.

The knowledge of what system can perform under specific conditions and in conjunction with specific structure design is an invaluable tool for success in installing a functional flat roof system. It is a tool we at ANC have earned through eighteen years of experience.
